Full-Time Teacher of Programming Courses for Kids (Robotics, AI, Scratch, Python, Game Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, Video Content, Unity, Frontend Development)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: Fixed salary + bonus
Location: Casablanca
Format: On-Site & External Schools

Algorithmics Casablanca Anfa is part of the world-renowned Algorithmics franchise, an international programming school for children ages 6 to 18, with over 1 million students worldwide in more than 90 countries. Located in the Anfa region of Casablanca, we provide high-quality coding education for kids and teens. Through our hands-on, game-like learning methods, children gain essential skills in programming and IT.

As we grow, we’re looking for passionate teachers to join us and help kids unlock their full potential!

Job Summary:

Teach one or more courses in Robotics, AI, Scratch, Python, Game Design, Website Development, Graphic Design, Video Content Creation, Unity, or Frontend Development
Small class sizes of up to 12 students
Classes held at our Casablanca office or partner locations
Follow structured lesson plans provided by Algorithmics Casablanca Anfa
Track and maintain educational quality, giving feedback to students and parents
Prepare for each course using our curriculum materials and training videos

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Degree or current enrollment in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science
Passionate about working with children, with prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, C#)
STEM background preferred
